Some people are better leaders than others because they try to act like there the boss and everything just because there the leaders and they think they can do everything perfect so thats why they yell at others when they do something wrong.I mean i have a captin in my soccer team and she doesnt yell at as when we mess up because she says we all make mistakes and its true.I mean some leaders take edvanig of being leaders my captin is and isnt like that she only gets like that when were messing around or when were loosing in soccer games like this one time we played against a team named Reno Pack and we were loosing 4-3 and that was only the first half.Then the first half ended and she started yelling at us saying wat was wrong with us that we couldnt be loosing to the last place team when we were in second place.So we went back the second half and started trying harder then we scored and we were tied we only had 10 minutes of the game left becuase each half is 20 minutes long so we had to try harder then the other team.We scored again and we were wining by 1 at the last minute we scored the wining goal and the score stayed 6-4 we didnt win by a lot but wat im trying to say is that some leaders cross the line when they are leaders but its not bad to yell at them once in a while but all the time now thats just really mean.
